Founded in 2019 by Christine Ombima, Stand Out 4 Mental Health grew from her lived experience with bipolar disorder and stigma. Her vision is to make healing creative, inclusive , and community-led, providing safe spaces where children and families-especially those with intellectual disabilities or limited access to care-can process emotions with dignity.
